Milan Swanston, Broker
Milan began her real estate career from inside Toronto’s raging pre-construction condominium market in 2005. Selling a number of the city’s most coveted condominiums – L Tower, One Bloor, Lumiere, Quay West and the Canary District to name a few – directly for the developers provided a rare opportunity to view the condo world from a vantage point few Realtors have a chance to see. For Milan, it was a fantastic opportunity to work alongside many of the leaders of the condominium industry and gain intimate knowledge of many of the projects that we now see taking shape in the city.
Now working from the other side of the table, she is able to use her inside knowledge to the benefit of her clients in their own condo purchases. Whether buying from a plan, assignment or resale, Milan believes that living in a world class city offers the opportunity not only for home ownership, but great gains along the way.

With a strong background in both investment and rental, Claudia – and her adorable English Spaniel Leo – is a natural fit and an indispensable part of the Condosavvy team! As office manager and client care specialist extraordinaire, she works tirelessly tweaking and optimizing our processes to ensure that everything is always running smoothly for our clients and her contagious positivity endears her immediately to everyone she meets!
With years of rental management under her belt, Claudia is also our resident leasing wizard and has perfected the process of finding and screening AAA tenants for our investors.
When she is not working, she can be spotted around Toronto chowing down at new culinary hotspots, road tripping with Leo or spending time with friends and family.
